At the heart of Bakendales is Chef Bolanle Aiyenuro, a Le Cordon Bleu–trained patissier whose artistry elevates every creation. With years of international experience and a passion for perfection, Chef Bolanle blends Parisian finesse with Lagos flair, delivering pastries, desserts, and gourmet cuisine that are as elegant as they are indulgent. Her journey into the culinary world was fueled by a desire to create sensory-rich experiences, not just meals.
After honing her craft in the kitchens of Europe, Chef Bolanle returned home with a mission: to introduce Lagos’ discerning audience to authentic French pastry techniques, elevated with local creativity and global standards of excellence.
